If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, kindly go through our easy Returns Policy and Refund Policy (collectively “Policy”) carefully.

1.0 RETURN POLICY
1.1 Wall Mounts UK wants to ensure that You are entirely satisfied with Your purchase; but Wall Mounts UK also understands that things can go wrong, which is why Wall Mounts UK is dedicated to making the return process beautifully simple for You. Please ensure you inspect Your purchase and should there be any problems with Your purchase; please notify Wall Mounts UK immediately. You can do this via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
1.2 To rectify any problems with your purchased item, Wall Mounts UK may request you return the product for inspection. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the things we sell, Wall Mounts UK cannot accept a return on undamaged items. But there are instances where a return may be inevitable.
1.3 Returns may be accepted, if:
- Your purchased item is received damaged or incorrect
- Your purchased item is returned within 30 days of delivery with a proof of purchase
- Your returned item is sealed or otherwise unused and remains in its original packs.
- The item is in brand new condition, and have all the original manufacturer’s packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.
- Your returned item reaches us in a saleable condition.
1.4 Items missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer’s labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging.
1.5 To offer the best shopping and item-return experience, Wall Mounts UK reserves the right to limit returns if We have reason to suspect misuse of Our generous Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, fraud, or reseller activity)
2.0 Non returnable items
Following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Software, Film, Paper, DVDs, Bulbs, flash tubes, Batteries, Ink cartridges, Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers, Memory cards, any item which has been removed from its “blister-pack”.
- Printers cannot be returned once toner has been installed.
- Underwater equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water
3.0 HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
3.1 To create a return, you would need to first send an email to email@example.com, describing what the problem is and letting us know if you would like an exchange or a refund.
3.2 Once the returned item is received, it would be checked and verified by Wall Mounts UK returns department upon arrival, and Wall Mounts UK will send You a confirmation email to notify You that We have received Your returned item. Wall Mounts UK will also notify You of the approval or rejection of Your refund.
3.3 If Your return is approved, Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to Your original payment method within a specified number of days.
4.0 30 DAYS NO REASON RETURN
4.1 If You are not satisfied with Your purchase and the item is still in a brand new condition, Wall Mounts UK can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. 5.0 RETURNS PROCESSING LIMITATION
5.1 If You have any after-sales issues, please contact Wall Mounts UK directly for a solution according to Your case. Wall Mounts UK will confirm whether You need to return the item and to which address You may return it.
5.2 The following section describes the processing time required upon receiving your returned item:
- For refunds, the processing time for Wall Mounts UK to proceed with the refund will be between 3-5 business days upon receiving Your returned item. After Wall Mounts UK process Your refund, the time it takes for your money to show in Your account depends on the payment method. You will be notified by email once your return is processed.
- For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving Your item back and depending on stock availability.
6.1 EXCHANGES (if applicable)
6.1 Wall Mounts UK does not offer item exchanges if you change your mind. Wall Mounts UK may only replace items if they are factory defects or damaged in transit. If this is the case and you need to exchange it for the same item, Wall Mounts UK will replace them free of charge. Please contact Wall Mounts UK via our address above for details on product exchange.
6.2 Your request for exchange will only be processed once Wall Mounts UK have received a faulty or damaged item and it conforms to Part B paragraph 1.3 (i-v) above.
PART C – REFUNDS POLICY
1.0 CONDITIONS FOR A REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
1.1 You may have the right to request a refund under certain circumstances by this policy. If you purchase from Wall Mounts UK, refunds can only be issued if your returned item satisfies Part B, paragraph 1.3 (i-v) above.
1.2 Original shipping and handling fees, “Duties & Taxes Reimbursements” and international surcharges are not eligible for a refund. Note that all refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
2.0 HOW AND WHEN WE ISSUE REFUNDS
2.1 Once Your return is received and inspected, Wall Mounts UK will send You an email to notify You that We have received Your returned item. Wall Mounts UK will also notify You of the status of Your refund.
2.2 Once Wall Mounts UK has determined that a refund is due under Part B paragraph 1.3(i-v) of this Policy, Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to Your original method of payment. Note that it can take up to 7 days for funds to return to Your account after a requested refund. If it has been longer than 7 days, please contact Wall Mounts UK at the “Contact Us” section above.
3.0 HOW YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED
3.1 Your refund will be issued back to the applicable account. The time it will take for Your refund to post to Your payment option may vary. Note that Your refund will appear as an individual credit for each item returned, so You may see multiple credits on Your statement if you return multiple items.
4.0 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

5.0 SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
5.1 Wall Mounts UK can only refund regular priced items. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
6.1 If You cancel within 1 hour of receiving Your order confirmation e-mail, 100% of the purchase cost paid will be refunded. After this, it will be difficult for Your order to be canceled as it will have already been processed. You will be responsible for paying the return postage fee if you cancel an order and it has already passed the point at which it can be canceled.

PART C – SHIPPING
1.0 SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
Once your product has been dispatched, you will receive another confirmation email with a tracking code so you can see the status of your shipment. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. 2.0 SHIPPING METHOD AND PROCESSING TIME
2.1 Wall Mounts UK ensures items are shipped out as soon as possible, but this may not always be the case especially during peak periods. If there is a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. So please, allow additional days in transit for delivery.

4.0 MISSING, LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE
- Wall Mounts UK understands there are several reasons why a package may get lost, missing, or damaged while in transit.
- Wall Mounts UK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or it is missing or lost, please contact the courier company to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
5.0 RETURNS SHIPPING
5.1 Wall Mounts UK does not guarantee that We will receive Your returned item.
5.2 The cost of item return will be covered by You, the customer, as Wall Mounts UK does not offer free returns. Please note that Wall Mounts UK does not offer returns on any personalized items.
5.3 If the item is returned more than 30 days after the receipt or if the item is returned for customer reasons (including non-satisfaction), You, the customer, is responsible for the shipping fee. For non-customer-related returns within 30 days, Wall Mounts UK is responsible for the shipping fee, and You must return it using the shipping method specified by Wall Mounts UK. In all return situations, Wall Mounts UK recommends that You use a traceable shipping method so that You can track Your shipment back to Wall Mounts UK for a truly flawless return.
5.4 Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the package was incorrectly shipped or you received a defective item. If You receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if applicable, will be deducted from Your refund. 5.5 Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged item (if any) to reach you may vary.
